How does it work?
 

The Global Positioning System’s (GPS) satellites orbit the Earth. The satellite system is able to provide location data 24 hours a day in every type of weather. Devices called GPS trackers (locators) are used for receiving and processing the GPS signal.

The GPS trackers then send location data via the cellular network (GPRS) to our server where they are further processed and made available to our clients through the Internet as online monitoring web applications.
Along with the location data the device transmits additional information on the device‘s status and input values (the vehicle’s condition). This data system is used for online monitoring of the location and the device’s status. Using databases and calculations which take place on our servers in the real time it is possible to view the history of locations of the monitored device and hence process and view driving records, in addition to displaying the current location.

Google maps and satellite images are used for displaying the current location and the driving records. Therefore, the view of the current location as well as the past route is very clear. Maps showing the route taken according to the driving records can be print at any time and saved as needed.

The web application’s output and your vehicle (or people) tracking information can be viewed on any computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone with a full Web browser connected to the Internet from any place in the world. All parts of the system work in real time. Therefore, the system belongs to the group of on-line systems for GPS monitoring.
